Spray Process DevelopmentEnhance product quality and process efficiency. Innovate.

A wide variety of atomizers and nozzles, among others, electrospray, air-atomizing, and ultrasonic nozzles can be tested in our environmental controlled laboratory. Depending on the customer requirements testing is performed in a cleanroom (10.000 or higher) Our laboratory includes a 10.000 clean room) equipped with particle-controlled enclosures such as glove boxes, isolators, and fume hoods. Materials to be sprayed include a variety of chemicals, biomaterials, drugs, polymer compositions, and nanoparticles (e.g., CNT's).
